These bags already exist: they've been worked, sewn and photographed, and all they're waiting for is an address. There's no lead time to add to the shipping, and they cost less than the same bag made to order because we picked the color and it can't be changed. There's only one of each.
This selection stays on the page for roughly two to four weeks before it changes — and if the pieces go sooner, it changes sooner. There's no countdown because there's no date: it depends on how fast they go, which can be a few days or a month.

Lotus Crochet is a small studio — the kind where every ball of yarn is known by name. It started from the idea that something made by hand should look like the person who'll use it, not like a catalog: that's why you don't pick between three ready-made versions here, but between every combination the yarn allows.
The lotus is the right symbol for work like this. It grows slowly, opens one petal after another and ends up floating as if it had always been there. The pieces follow the same rhythm: no mass production, no rush, and a single pair of hands from beginning to end.

What you want to know before ordering
If yours isn't here, write on Instagram: answering is the easiest part of the job.
How long does it take to arrive?
Less than you'd expect from something made by hand: bags and tops are ready in 3 days, cardigans in 5, blankets from 10 because they're the longest piece of work. Those are days of work on your piece and they start from payment confirmation; shipping is added on top — 2–4 business days in Italy, 4–8 in Europe, 7–15 in the rest of the world. Each model's time is written in the configurator, next to the price.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, in 3 monthly installments, interest-free: it's something PayPal makes possible, and one of the reasons we chose PayPal as the only payment method. The option shows up among the methods when you pay, if your account offers it; the arrangement is between you and PayPal, we're not part of it, and we still get the full amount right away — so the work starts the same day.
What currency do I pay in?
It depends on where you ship. Across Europe — the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the Balkans included — prices are in euros, because the studio is in Italy and the price list is set in euros. Outside Europe — the United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world — you see and pay in US dollars: the price list is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate, updated every day, and the figure you read in the cart is the one PayPal charges. The currency follows the country you pick in the cart. If your account is in yet another currency, PayPal converts at that moment and shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I pay on the site?
Yes. You build the piece, put it in the cart and pay with PayPal — with your account or a card, without signing up for anything. The total is recalculated by our server against the official price list, so the figure you see is exactly what you're charged. If you'd rather talk it over first, write to us on Instagram and we'll think it through together, no obligation.
Do you ship outside Italy?
Yes. Shipping is tracked everywhere and the cost changes with the zone: Italy, Europe or the rest of the world. The zone is set by the country of the address you type in the cart, and the total updates immediately. Shipping to Italy is always free; to Europe and the rest of the world it becomes free above a certain amount, and the threshold depends on the zone: Italy always, Europe €75, Rest of the world €100. Outside Italy, if your cart holds only ready-to-ship pieces, shipping costs less. For destinations outside the European Union, any duties and customs charges are paid by whoever receives the package: they depend on the country and we can't work them out for you.
Is the color on my screen the real one?
Almost. Every screen renders shades a little differently and natural yarns vary between batches. If the color matters — a gift, a precise match — ask us for a photo of the ball in daylight before you confirm: we're happy to do it. This goes above all for the pastel lycra range, where we agree on the exact shade together.
Can I ask for a size or a color that isn't listed?
Yes, that's what the "special requests" field in the configurator is for. Non-standard measurements, colors sourced on purpose, a cardigan designed from scratch: we look at each case and tell you up front if there's a surcharge.
How do I wash it?
Cotton takes a cold machine wash (30 °C) inside a mesh laundry bag, dried flat and never in the dryer. Wool is hand-washed in cold water. Lycra ribbon and faux leather wipe clean with a damp cloth. Every piece arrives with its own care card.
Can I change my mind or return it?
We can't take returns: every piece is made specifically for you and can't be put back on sale, which is why the ordinary right of withdrawal doesn't apply to made-to-measure creations. In its place there are two moments when you can stop everything. As long as we haven't started, all you have to do is write to us: we cancel and refund in full. When the work is finished, before we wrap it, we send you photos of the piece: if anything doesn't match what we agreed, we put it right while it's still here. And if a manufacturing fault turns up after delivery, the legal guarantee still applies: we repair it or remake it ourselves.
Do you make party favors and bulk orders?
Yes, and they're among the most frequent requests. For quantities above ten pieces, write to us directly instead of using the cart: lead times and unit price change, and it's better to organize the work together a few months ahead.
